Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase. In most cases, you can expect your order to be delivered within 8–10 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on the delivery location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, failure to accept the delivery, or repeated delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges. The Pink Palette reserves the right to withhold or cancel future orders in case of repeated non-acceptance.
