Returns & Exchange Policy

At The Pink Palette, we want you to absolutely love what you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Currently, our returns and exchanges are available only within India.

For a Return, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost. Once we receive it and it passes our quality check, we will issue you store credit for the value of your product (valid for a lifetime). This store credit can be used for any future purchase. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds except in the rare case of a wrong or damaged product being delivered.

For Exchanges, simply send back the product and pay a ₹100 delivery fee so we can ship your new item. If your desired size or product is unavailable, we will issue you store credit to use on any other product of your choice. Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once, and orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns.

If your order arrives with any damage, defect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. Misprints, slight variations in colour, and other small differences are not considered defects — these are natural signs of our handcrafted process and make each piece unique.

During sale or promotional offers, any applicable discounts will be adjusted if a part of the order is returned. The Pink Palette reserves the right to make the final decision in all return or exchange cases.

We aim to process store credits within 24 - 48 hours of receiving and checking the product at our warehouse. For eligible refunds on wrong or damaged items, please allow 20–25 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
